From 1996 I was employed by major British and
American law firms (Cameron McKenna, Baker & 
McKenzie), involved in UK, US and emerging 
markets work: corporate, commercial and 
energy-related; also corporate restructuring, 
shareholder agreements and other related work. 
The client base included the largest American 
and European enterprises.

Later, working in the Caribbean and USA,
I advised on and drafted shareholder 
agreements, corporate documents and studies 
relating to the laws of several offshore 
jurisdictions, clients advised including high 
net worth individuals from the USA, Russia 
and other parts of the world.

I have lived and worked in the United 
States, former Soviet Union (including a 
year in Kazakhstan), the Eastern Caribbean 
and other jurisdictions, as well as England.
In the United States, I worked with the South 
Carolina business law firm Ten State Street LLP, 
based in Charleston S.C., undertaking work in 
the United States, Caribbean, Channel Islands 
and Liechtenstein. 

I am now a tenant at Rougemont Chambers, 
Exeter, where I undertake commercial and 
civil work.
